IT people often find themselves working in organisations that are not specifically IT – e.g. retailers, banks, etc. When this happens, there is often a disconnect between the HR services offered and what IT people need.
This blog is to help HR people understand the specific needs of IT people, and to enable IT people to let HR know what they need to become better engaged in their organisation.
